Wayne Erickson, President

Wayne is an international thought leader in the data and analytics field since the early 1990s. He is a noted speaker, sought-after consultant, and widely read author. Eckerson has conducted many groundbreaking research studies, chaired numerous conferences, and consulted with numerous organizations around the world during his 25 years in the field. Eckerson has also written two books: “The Secrets of Analytical Leaders: Insights from Information Insiders” (2012) and “Performance Dashboards: Measuring, Monitoring, and Managing Your Business” (2005/2010) He has degrees from Williams College and Wesleyan University.

Nancy Crilly-Kirk, Vice-President

Nancy’s family has had a camp on Panther Pond since the 1920’s. She grew up in Connecticut, graduated from the University of Chicago, was a director of a small library and the chair of a high school history department. She retired last year and she volunteers to head the education, publicity, and fundraising committees because she cares deeply about the quality of water in the connected Raymond waterways. 

Peter Rowland, Treasurer

Peter moved to Raymond in 2014 and loves living in a quiet cove off the north end of Jordan Bay on Sabago Lake. He graduated from Williams College and was a part of the first class at the Veterinary School at Tufts University. He studied pathology at the Veterinary College at Cornell and eventually taught there, beginning a pathology practice in 1994 that continues today. Since moving to Raymond, he has thoroughly enjoyed Raymond’s lakes and waterways (wind sports are favorites) and he spends many hours out on the water.

Steve Crain, Environmental Officer

Steve has a master’s degree in conservation biology from Tufts University, where he did research on the effects of flooding on rare plants on Cape Cod pond shores. For ten years he has owned a camp on Raymond Pond, where he can be seen canoeing, paddleboarding, and sailing.

Jessica Fay
Angelo Conti

Angelo grew up in New Jersey and as a high schooler, he worked for the local watershed protection association. He began fly fishing then, eventually being named New Jersey’s 2010 and 2011 Fly Fisherman of the Year. He graduated from Maine’s Unity College with a degree in Fisheries Management, a field in which he has worked in Maine ever since graduating from college. He treasures our lakes and rivers and is committed to protecting them with Raymond Waterways.

John Pritchett

John is a retired part-time resident of Raymond and a current supporter of the Raymond Waterways Association. He spent ~30 years in pharmaceutical and biotechnology sales, marketing and management. John is also a current volunteer with Dining with Dignity (St. Augustine, FL) and K9s for Warriors (Ponte Vedra, FL). John lives on Turtle Cove (Sebago Lake) with his husband, Ron, and their dog, Maggie. John has a B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University (New Jersey).

Ron Schanze

Ron has been a part-time resident of Raymond since 1997 and is a current supporter of the Raymond Waterways Association. Through the years, Ron has enjoyed boating, paddleboarding and wildlife viewing on the pristine waters of Sebago Lake. He retired from Pfizer Inc. after 37 years in sales, sales training and management. Ron also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, K9s for Warriors (Ponte Vedra, FL) and Dining with Dignity (St. Augustine, FL). He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University (Philadelphia). 

Juliet Kirk

Juliet’s family has had a camp on Panther Pond since the 1920’s and has spent every summer on the lake. Though currently living in Chicago, she comes back to Raymond every chance she gets. She is a graduate of Columbia University as a Mechanical Engineering major and was president of the University’s chapter of Engineers Without Boarders: Ghana, aimed at building a water distribution system in a village outside of Accra. She is an avid swimmer and sailor.
